Tribe Management: What We Do & How We Handle Feedback
Learn what Tribe Management does, how we support residents, councils and boards, and how we handle online reviews transparently.
Who We Are at Tribe Management
Tribe Management partners with councils, boards, owners and tenants to create safe, well-managed, and thriving communities. We manage day-to-day operations, maintenance coordination, and resident support — always in alignment with the decisions of your strata council, condo board or landlord.
- Transparent communication and reporting
- Streamlined maintenance and issue tracking
- Support for councils in governance and budgeting
- Resident-focused service and guidance
What Tribe Manages — and What Councils and Boards Decide
We often hear questions about responsibilities. Understanding what we can manage directly — and what requires council or board approval — helps prevent frustration and sets realistic expectations.
| Area | Tribe Responsibility | Council/Board Decision |
| Maintenance Requests | Logging, coordinating, and tracking vendors | Major capital repairs, budget approval |
| Fees & Budgets | Collecting and reporting | Setting fees, approving budgets |
| Bylaw Enforcement | Communicating rules, logging complaints | Decisions on fines, policy enforcement |
| Community Projects | Managing logistics | Approval and funding |
Our goal is always to support residents and councils efficiently, while respecting council governance and community rules.
Your Voice Matters
We take feedback seriously — both to improve our service and to ensure future residents and councils have accurate information. Here’s how we approach online reviews:
We do not offer incentives or rewards for public reviews
- We respond to all online reviews
Reviews should reflect honest experiences with our service
- We take the time to review each one with our regional Strata, Condo or Rental Property Management teams, understand the context and have the manager follow up, if required
Feedback helps us improve processes and resolve issues faster
Positive feedback is invited, negative feedback is best addressed together offline
The replies we provide within online review channels, such as Google Business, take into account a fine balance of clarifying, resolving, informing on industry roles & responsibilities, particularly when it comes to the licensed activity of property managers and the privacy of the person leaving the review.

- Okanagan Strata Management Challenges & How to Solve Them
The Okanagan Valley isn’t just famous for its vineyards and sunny lakes—it’s also home to the legendary Ogopogo! While this mythical lake creature might be hard to spot, the many strata developments popping up, from Vernon to Kelowna, and down to Penticton are not. Property management in the Okanagan is anything but ordinary. While Strata Councils in the Okanagan operate under the Strata Property Act, as a strata Owner or a Council member here, you know that navigating these unique communities can feel like chasing a lake monster. Exciting, but not without surprises! We recently spoke with our Kelowna Strata Management team about their experiences managing properties in the Okanagan. They shared the key challenges they’ve seen and gave practical advice on how to face them.
- Managing Stratas in Mountain Resorts: Insights from an Expert
Managing a Strata Corporation in a mountain resort community is a world apart from traditional strata property management. These unique environments combine breathtaking scenery with complex logistical, financial, and governance challenges.
- Rethinking What “Home” Means for Condo & Strata Communities
For a long time, strata and condo living in Canada has been defined by the fundamentals: buildings, budgets, maintenance schedules, and bylaws. Those things still matter — but they’re no longer the whole story. Across the country, Residents in strata and condo communities are expecting more than well-run properties. They’re looking for management that supports a better home experience — not just building operations.
