We take feedback seriously — both to improve our service and to ensure future residents and councils have accurate information. Here’s how we approach online reviews:

  • We do not offer incentives or rewards for public reviews

  • We respond to all online reviews
  • Reviews should reflect honest experiences with our service

  • We take the time to review each one with our regional Strata, Condo or Rental Property Management teams, understand the context and have the manager follow up, if required
  • Feedback helps us improve processes and resolve issues faster

  • Positive feedback is invited, negative feedback is best addressed together offline

The replies we provide within online review channels, such as Google Business, take into account a fine balance of clarifying, resolving, informing on industry roles & responsibilities, particularly when it comes to the licensed activity of property managers and the privacy of the person leaving the review.
