Our New Community Team works closely with the incoming Community/Property Manager to ensure a high level of understanding of the different warranty phases by province, and how to support the balance between all stakeholders. Our team implements regular site visits and walk-throughs leading up to occupancy to ensure familiarity with all building systems.

Our Teams
Brand new communities are supported by two separate full-service teams – our New Community Team works closely with Developers on project consultation, completion and lease-up/occupancy, taking a proactive approach when it comes to communication, education and setting up processes to ensure building maintenance, warranties and the longevity of building systems.
Our Management Team supports the strata or condo corporation and the management of the community/building once occupied.
